November 5, 2009 Good morning! We have had an exciting week! Today we will begin reading Where the Red Fern Grows by Wilson Rawls. It is a wonderful book we will all enjoy. In math we have been learning about divisibility and factorization. Yesterday we learned how to find the greatest common factor. Science class is always fun and we are learning about ecosystems and keeping the balance. It was so nice outside this week that one day we went outside and has class outside sitting on the ground. Where did the first English colony go? We do not know! In Social Studies we are learning about the the colonization of the new world by England, France, and Spain. In writing we are finsihing up observation repots. Look you, you never know when 5th grade is looking. There will be a science test tomorrow and we will play the review game today.
